Don't Update Yet: Engine DJ OS 5.0.0 Problems

On the new Engine DJ OS 5.0.0, playback is silent for the first couple seconds of the song. Additionally, upon previewing a song, there is also a period of silence. If you update to version 5.0.0, you will be unable to mix properly until you downgrade back to version 4.3.4, or InMusic releases a hotfix as part of Engine DJ OS version 5.0.1. 

I've confirmed it happens on both decks of my Denon DJ Prime 4 (not the 4+), with different songs, in FLAC format (because that's all I use). The length of silence differs based on the track.

This video shows me loading a track, pressing play, and then the silence in the audio. I then rewind the track, and you can hear it's not part of the song. I've done this with tons of songs in my collection while I've been sorting through it over the past couple days.

This defect in version 5.0.0 is wild considering it's a major release. It is unusable for performing with until there is an update that fixes this problem. I hope InMusic will take more care in their major version releases and swiftly release a minor version update to make the hardware usable again.

EDIT: Engine OS 5.0.1 was released 2 days later... and it did not fix the issue. It was to fix some connection issues with the Denon LC6000 Prime.
